We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the seafront in a large sea view room. The location was fantastic, right on the seafront and not far from the center of this city. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with crisp clean bed linen and a clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a complimentary biscuit. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including a full English breakfast or smoked salmon and scrambled egg. The staff were friendly and provided good service.

Convenient location for visiting family. Easy stroll along the seafront. Helpful staff, lovely sea view room. Clean and neat with comfy bed. Nice shower and provided toiletries. Ample tea, coffee, and biscuits. Easy and secure access with parking available at a good rate. Great for seafront walks and exploring town. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located right on the seafront, providing stunning views and a great location for enjoying all that Brighton has to offer. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout.
Parking was a bit pricey for the area.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always offering their assistance with a smile. the breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was superb, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions.
The size of the bathroom in our room was far too small and impractical, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the noise from the boiler or water pipe behind the wall was quite disruptive, disturbing our sleep.
